All About Gin

Simple sugar syrup

Egg whites (1 egg)

Lemon peel

Ice
Instructions
1.
Pour 5cl of All About Gin, 3cl lemon juice, 2cl sugar syrup and one egg white into a shaker
2.
Shake for approximately 15 seconds
3.
Add ice and shake again until the drink is deliciously cold
4.
Garnish with a lemon peel
