No.1 Vodka Pomegranate
3cl
Lemon juice
2cl
Simple sugar syrup

Egg white
+
Lemon peel
+
Ice
Instructions
1.
Pour 5cl of No.1 Vodka Pomegranate, 3cl of lemon juice, 2cl sugar syrup, 3cl pomegranate juice and the egg white from one egg into a shaker
2.
Give the cocktail shaker a good shake
3.
Top up with ice and shake again so the drink is super cold
4.
Strain into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon
